- West High 76 Withrow 74: The Mustangs won the rematch in overtime thanks to some clutch play by Marquez Carpenter and several other players. West High trailed by 15 with just over six minutes remaining but never gave up and tied the game on a Carpenter layup with 8 seconds left to send it to extra time. Withrow seemed to take their foot off the throttle and focus more on trying to get dunks then closing out the win, resulting in lots of turnovers and easy West High buckets. Keevin Tyus led West High with 19 points, Carpenter scored 14, Bubba Hill 14, and Darrell Bullock 13. Bubba Hill also hit the game winning shot in overtime with 2 seconds left over the arms of several Withrow defenders. Aaron Thomas scored 24 for Withrow, Devin Williams scored 20, and Carl Porter added 19 points in the loss.
Devin Williams was the man tonight for Withrow. Woodward 73 Shroder 66: Trent Donald and company got revenge on Shroder with a home win in which Donald exploded for 35 points and 11 boards. Jalen Billups scored 23 in the loss.- Moeller 65 St. Xavier 52: Tony Sabato, a junior center, scored a career best 18 points in the rivalry win. Five other Moeller players scored at least 8 points.
- LaSalle 57 Elder 39: Josh Lemons scored 16, Matt Woeste 15, and Brandon Neel 12 in the win.
- Aiken 73 Hughes 56: Junior guard Landen Gaulden led Aiken in scoring with 16 in the win. Keron Hicks, Willy Moore, and Austin Grimes all scored in double figures for Aiken as well. Freshman Kevin Daniels led Hughes with 19 points and fellow freshman David Mitchell added on 10 points. Senior forward Shaquille Prather scored 13 and grabbed 19 boards in the loss.
- Roger Bacon 77 Purcell Marian 24: Gavin Shumann scored 14 points in the win, Paul Byrd and Jabriel Coaston each added 11.
- Colerain 49 Fairfield 48: Eli'sha Campbell led Colerain with 16 in a much needed overtime win. Campbell also hit the three to send the game into overtime.
- Lakota East 67 Hamilton 48: Mark Minch led East with 15 points, Allante Foster had 11, and Mike Boyd scored 10.
- Mason 66 Lakota West 46: Darrin Harris led four double figure scorers with 21 points.
- Mariemont 54 Wyoming 52: Taylor Sizer led Mariemont with 16 points.
- Middletown 72 Sycamore 57: Kirby Wright led the Middies with 19 points, Geovonie McKnight scored 14, and freshman Vince Edwards had 13 in the win.
- Finneytown 70 Indian Hill 48: Ameche Okafor scored 17 in the win.
- Princeton 79 Oak Hills 28: Jay McCants led four double digit Viking scorers with 15 points.
- Turpin 54 Kings 43: Adam Boyer scored 20 points for the Spartans and sophomore guard Connor Grotton continued his stellar play with 15 points and 6 boards in the win.
- Northwest 55 Ross 46: Mel Hunter continued his scoring streak with 24 points in the win.
- Walnut Hills 58 Loveland 42: Sterling Gilmore and Isiah Johnson each scored 14 in a Walnut win.
- Norwood 70 Mt. Healthy 67: Deontez McGee scored 15 in the overtime win.
- Winton Woods 81 Talawanda 37: Semaj Christon scored 23 points on 10-12 shooting and Dennis Thomas added 14 in the Warrior win.
- North College Hill 47 Seven Hills 42: Malcolm Stiffend, Dakota Dartis, and Greg Sevilla each scored in double figures in the NCH win.
- Lockland 71 CHCA 62: Sophomore guard DJ Wingfield had 23 points in the win.
- Milford 68 Glen Este 62: Four players scored in double figures in the Milford win. Mike Bouley, a senior big man, scored 30 points in the loss for Glen Este.
- Summit 58 St. Bernard 39: Kevin Johnson and Milt Davis led Summit with 10 each in the win. Freshman forward Mike Barwick added on 8.
